Xtreme Divas 360 Women’s Self Defense Level 1

Xtreme Divas 360 is the Ultimate Self Defense Class For Women Self defense for women, no matter what size, age or physical condition you may be in, these methods will make you safer and more confident.  This is a 5 step hands-on program designed to increase your situational awareness and teach you powerful force options in escape and strike principles. Armed Security Guard Recertification

ARMED RE-CERTIFICATION     Class cost: $75.00 (4 hours) A re-certification for a Tennessee armed security officer must occur every two years. Every two (2) years armed security guards must complete 4 hours of refresher training and re-qualify in the use of a firearm by achieving a minimum of 70% on any silhouette target course approved by the commissioner prior to the renewal of their guard registration. Subject material covered in re-certification:  Firearms safety guidelines -- Function and operation of a firearm -- Basic marksmanship skills -- Practical Performance
