Hello Ladies!  This month’s class is going to be learning Basic Hand Escapes.

We will be learning how to escape from single-handed grabs – same side and cross-handed, 2 hands on one,

double-handed grabs and if we have time we can include some choke escapes and bear hug escapes.

This registration is for visitors or basic level memberships.
