Intermediate Handgun

Class time 4 hrs.  Class cost is $75.

PREREQUISITE:  BASIC HANDGUN, HANDGUN CARRY PERMIT OR PRIVATE LESSON AT ZIRKOPS TRAINING TO ASSESS YOUR SKILL/SAFETY LEVEL BEFORE ATTENDING ADVANCED TRAINING CLASSES.

Students attending this class will be entering into a curriculum designed around marksmanship skills, target acquisition and shot placement from a variety of shooting positions.

Studies include the following:

  • Refining Marksmanship Skills
  • Trigger Reset/Manipulation Drills
  • Sight/Acquire/Fire Drills
  • How to diagnose missed shots
  • How to acquire the target from a variety of positions
  • Standing/Seated/Lying Down
  • Advanced Weapons Malfunction and Clearance Procedures
