Xtreme Divas 360 Women’s Self Defense LEVEL 2 (Pre-requisite – Level 1)

Xtreme Divas 360 II is the next step in developing and enhancing personal safety training.  Xtreme Divas 360 II combines the skill foundations learned in part one and takes them to the next level of application.  Xtreme Divas 360 II is divided into 4 steps ( Review previous training, Introduce more advanced training techniques, Introduce padded suit and daylight scenarios, and finally padded suit with low-light and dark scenarios)  to complete this training experience.  All classes are systematically controlled and videoed.
