Active Shooter Response Training

Get informed:  Learn where the active shooter trend came from and where it is going. Set your strategy Inside:  Go over strategic protocols, shelter-in-place, and evacuation procedures. Set your strategy Outside:  Learn how and where to barricade to provide the most safety possible. Practice for Possibilities:  Implement Scenarios (no live guns or ammo involved) Talk it over: Discuss what you have learned, ask questions, and get feedback from all participants.

Safe Restraint Techniques

Class Time: 2 hours    Cost: $55 Having the skills to safely restrain someone for their protection and yours without using any intermediate weapons or restraints. The safety restraint course develops principles of controlling a subject’s balance and leverage through a series of drills put into a flow. We start with wrist control and progress through different branching techniques while practicing controlled mechanics and operator/subject safety during contact. This also meets the new Dallas Law state requirements that started January 1, 2023 for all armed and unarmed Security officers working around alcohol.
