Xtreme Divas 360 Women’s Self Defense Level 3
Level III Xtreme Divas 360 III picks up with the introduction of multiple attackers and how to defend yourself from a group or crowd. Movement and redirection are key elements as well as implementing an escape plan. In this women’s self defense class students will address multiple attackers and learn the concepts of motion and redirection as it relates to more than one threat. Threat assessment and plan implementation skills are focused and sharpened during this class.
