All the keys to help you stay in control of a situation and minimize any confrontations. This skill is at the top of the list when it comes to staying safe in today's world. This also meets the new state requirements that start January 1, 2023 for all armed and unarmed Security officers.
Safe Restraint Techniques
Class Time: 2 hours Cost: $55 Having the skills to safely restrain someone for their protection and yours without using any intermediate weapons or restraints. The safety restraint course develops principles of controlling a subject’s balance and leverage through a series of drills put into a flow. We start with wrist control and progress through different branching techniques while practicing controlled mechanics and operator/subject safety during contact. This also meets the new Dallas Law state requirements that started January 1, 2023 for all armed and unarmed Security officers working around alcohol.
