Class Time: 2 hours    Cost: $55 Having the skills to safely restrain someone for their protection and yours without using any intermediate weapons or restraints. The safety restraint course develops principles of controlling a subject’s balance and leverage through a series of drills put into a flow. We start with wrist control and progress through different branching techniques while practicing controlled mechanics and operator/subject safety during contact. This also meets the new Dallas Law state requirements that started January 1, 2023 for all armed and unarmed Security officers working around alcohol.
